Tuition and payment plans
Tuition is $499 per participant for the eight-week course.

Remaining installments are due the Monday immediately before the applicable Tuesday session. Exact payment dates will appear before checkout and in your confirmation.
The payment plan divides the full course tuition into installments. It is not a pay-per-session arrangement. Missing a session does not reduce tuition.
There is no additional course installment fee. Any third-party financing terms offered at checkout are separate from this course payment plan.
When your seat is reserved
Your seat is reserved after:
- You complete the registration and required acknowledgments.
- Your full payment or first installment is successfully processed.
- You receive your enrollment confirmation.
Submitting a form or beginning checkout alone does not reserve a seat.
Participant cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted through jamiefreeny.com. Include your name, registration email, cohort, and whether you are requesting a refund or transfer.
Requests are evaluated according to the date received.

For cancellations 7–13 days before Session 1, any course payments exceeding $249.50 will be refunded. If less than $249.50 has been paid, the difference remains due.
Where no refund applies, the full $499 tuition remains due, including unpaid installments. Approved transfers move any remaining balance to the new cohort; they do not cancel that balance.
Future-cohort transfers
An approved transfer allows the same participant to move their registration to one future cohort, subject to availability.
- One future-cohort transfer is permitted per registration.
- Payments already made are credited toward the new cohort.
- A new installment schedule will be provided for any remaining balance.
- The transfer must be used within 12 months of the original start date.
- If no suitable cohort is offered during that period, contact us before the credit expires so we can arrange an extension.
- Transferring does not restart the original refund eligibility period.
Transferring your seat to another person
Before the course begins, you may request a substitution. The replacement participant must meet eligibility requirements, complete registration and agreements, and receive approval before attending.
Once you have begun participating, your registration cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
Missed sessions
Sessions are not recorded.
If you miss a session, you will receive the educational handouts and exercises provided for that week. Missed sessions do not qualify for a tuition reduction or individual makeup session.
Attendance and certificates
Participants who attend at least six of the eight live sessions are eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
The certificate recognizes course participation. It does not provide professional licensure, clinical qualifications, or continuing-education credit.
Course evaluations are encouraged but optional. Declining an evaluation does not affect certificate eligibility.
Unsuccessful payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we will contact you by email. Please resolve the payment within seven calendar days of the original due date.
Course access may be paused if a payment remains overdue after that period. Contact us promptly if you need to discuss your circumstances.
No course late-payment fee will be added.
Course cancellation or schedule changes
If the organizer cancels the entire course before it begins, you may choose a full refund of course payments or a transfer.
If an individual session must be rescheduled, participants will receive notice and a replacement date. If the replacement date is unavailable to you, that session will not count against your certificate attendance requirement.
If the organizer ends the course early without providing replacement sessions, tuition will be reduced proportionally for undelivered sessions. Payments exceeding the adjusted tuition will be refunded, and any remaining payment schedule will be adjusted.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method within 10 business days. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
These policies do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
