Thought Awareness
Recognize the thoughts, beliefs, and internal narratives influencing your emotions and behavior.
A journey toward emotional healing, healthier thinking, and spiritual resilience.
Your thoughts influence how you feel, how you respond, and how you experience the world around you. The Fortified Mind is a live virtual course designed to help you examine the thoughts shaping your life, challenge unhealthy thinking patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop a healthier, more spiritually grounded way of responding to life's challenges.
Live Virtual Course | Facilitated by Dr. Jamie Freeny, DrPH, MPH
What we repeatedly think can influence our emotions, relationships, confidence, decision-making, and responses to stress and adversity.
Some thoughts are rooted in truth. Others may be shaped by fear, past experiences, disappointment, insecurity, trauma, or inaccurate beliefs we have carried for years.
The Fortified Mind creates intentional space to slow down, examine those thoughts, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding.
This course is not about pretending everything is positive. It is about learning to recognize what is true, what is helpful, what needs to be challenged, and what may need to be released.
"You cannot always control the thoughts that enter your mind — but you can learn what to do with them once they arrive."
Recognize the thoughts, beliefs, and internal narratives influencing your emotions and behavior.
Identify distorted, inaccurate, or destructive thought patterns and learn how to challenge them.
Explore how past experiences, disappointments, wounds, and stress may influence present-day thinking and reactions.
Practice reframing thoughts in ways that are more accurate, constructive, compassionate, and grounded in truth.
Develop strategies for managing difficult emotions and responding more intentionally during stressful situations.
Strengthen your ability to navigate adversity, uncertainty, setbacks, and difficult seasons.
Use biblical principles, reflection, prayer, and faith to strengthen your inner life and your response to challenges.
