Is this course right for me?
This course may be a good fit if you want to explore your thought patterns, strengthen your spiritual resilience, and practice healthier responses to everyday challenges in a Christian learning community.
The Fortified Mind is an educational personal-development course. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or crisis care. Participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.
